   Each stained glass piece is handmade with care, and no two are ever exactly alike. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the size, complexity, and current workload. I carefully package every order using protective materials to help prevent damage in transit, but once the item is shipped, I cannot take responsibility for delays, mishandling, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

   All orders include tracking information once shipped. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as I’m unable to make changes after your order has been sent out. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help guide you through filing a claim or finding a solution together.
