Each stained glass piece is handcrafted with care, making every item unique. Because of the fragile and custom nature of the art, I strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and matches your expectations. Please review my return policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
All custom and commissioned pieces are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once work has begun. Photos and design confirmations will be provided prior to completion to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify me within 7 days of delivery by emailing thestainedglassheart@gmail.com with photos of the damage (including the packaging and the shipping label).

Once reviewed, I will offer one of the following options:

A replacement of the same or similar piece (if applicable and available)

A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage

Please do not discard the packaging or the piece until your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping & Handling

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

I package all stained-glass art securely to prevent breakage during transit.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
(You may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.)
